Hot Seafood Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. hot picante salsa
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (6 oz.) crab meat
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked and chopped
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water in bowl.
    Bring picante salsa to a boil in saucepan.
    Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
    Beat in cream cheese.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Add onions, bell pepper, celery, crab, shrimp and Tabasco sauce.
    Mix well.
    Fold in mayonnaise.
    Chill until partially set.
    Spoon into greased mold. Chill overnight.
    Unmold onto serving plate.
    Serve with crackers.
