Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew meat
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 small bag frozen carrots
1/2 bag small peas
3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Take stew meat; coat with flour.
Brown on stove until very dark, about 15 minutes.
Cover with water.
Simmer 45 minutes. Add potatoes.
Let cook for 20 more minutes.
Add frozen vegetables.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add bouillon.
Mix 2 tablespoons flour with 3/4 cup water.
Add until thick.
