Finish Line Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 tsp. cornmeal
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, cornmeal, white vinegar and vanilla.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool completely before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
