Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time.
Add carrots, then flour with soda and cinnamon. Bake in three 8 or 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
