Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
2 1/2 oz. pkg. unsalted sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation

Cook the mixed vegetables according to directions.
Drain and cool.
Mix vegetables with onion, celery, mayonnaise and 1/2 of the cheese.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Top with cracker crumbs and remaining cheese; add melted margarine and return to oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
