Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. beef drippings
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread flour or regular
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease souffle dish with 2 tablespoons of drippings.
    Heat dish, while preparing batter, at 450\u00b0.
    Beat eggs well.
    Add milk, flour and salt.
    Beat 30 seconds.
    Add 1 tablespoon beef drippings.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Do not open oven door while baking.
    Serve with roast and gravy.
