Oven Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic or onion soup mix
    1 1/2 lb. assorted fresh vegetables
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a plastic bag, shake or toss all ingredients until vegetables are well coated.
    Empty into 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
    Bake, stirring once, for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    (Choose from sliced zucchini, yellow squash, red or green peppers, carrots, celery and mushrooms.)
    Serves 6.
