Mom'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar (1 c. brown and 1 c. white)
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. broken walnuts
    2 c. grated carrots
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Beat oil, brown and white sugar, salt and eggs.
    Add and mix in gradually the flour, baking powder, baking soda and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
    Blend in carrots, pineapple and walnuts.
    Mix and pour into greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
