Rio Grande Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili pepper
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Drain and mash the kidney beans.
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
    Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with foil and pack beef mixture into foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
