Easy Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or sliced fresh cauliflowerets, or 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli or cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease pie plate (10-inch).
    Cook broccoli or cauliflower until almost tender.
    Drain thoroughly. Mix with onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
