Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large Idaho potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Wash and cut potatoes in large slices.
    Place in baking dish with onion rounds. Spoon mushroom soup on top. Add 1/2 cup water and parsley flakes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with foil. Bake in oven until tender, 30 to 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
