Chicken Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast (boneless), cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    4 artichoke hearts, quartered
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley for garnish
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. red peppers, sliced into strips
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. white wine
    2 lb. linguini, cooked
Preparation
    Dust chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
    Saute chicken in butter and garlic over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add peppers, mushrooms and artichokes.
    Saute 5 to 10 minutes more.
    Add sherry, whipping cream
    and chicken stock mixed with cooked linguini.
    Don't overcook.
