Broccoli, Potato, Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    6 to 7 medium potatoes
    lite Velveeta cheese (to be added at the end)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    DO NOT DRAIN.
    Mash in the pan it was cooked in.
    Add 12 ounces lite Velveeta cheese; heat, stirring constantly.
    DO NOT BOIL.
