Steak Fries Tavern Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baking potatoes, cut into 8 or 10 wedges with skins on
    salt, pepper, chili pepper, dried garlic powder, dried onion powder and dry mustard to taste
Preparation
    Coat potatoes with nonstick cooking spray.
    Use only salt and pepper or add hot chili pepper.
    Sprinkle over potatoes.
    (You may make mix using all spices.
    Place in plastic bag and toss potatoes until coated.)
    Place on baking pan and place in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crisp and golden.
