Mammy'S Skillet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared 9-inch skillet.
Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
