Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    8 to 10 potatoes peeled and cut up
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    3 cubes melted velveeta cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put potatoes into a pot of water and boil for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Add salt, pepper, onion, milk, cheese, flour and sour cream; cook for 10 to 15 more minutes or until onions become clear.
