Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Karo syrup (1/2 c. light and 1/2 c. dark)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine the first five ingredients and stir well.
    Stir in the eggs, but do not beat.
    Fold in pecans.
    Pour into pastry-lined pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 40 to 45 minutes.
