Rhubarb Pie(My Sisters, Luella And Loretta, Both Love Rhubarb.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix sugar and flour.
    Add egg, and mix well. Stir in rhubarb.
    Place in Hot Water Crust.
    Top with pats of butter and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
