Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
2 eggs
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. buttermilk
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 or 4 jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Grease and flour pan well.
Bake very thin, hot (400\u00b0) oven until brown.
This freezes well.
Serve hot or cold.
