Light Swiss Mocha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    2 Tbsp. decaffeinated instant crystals
    5 Tbsp. instant nonfat dry powdered milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar or NutraSweet to taste
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for a few seconds until well mixed.
    Allow dust to settle for several minutes before removing lid from container.
    Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator.
