Broccoli And Ritz Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    3 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes.
    Drain and spread in bottom of 2 or 3-quart casserole dish.
    Mix soup, onion, mayonnaise and eggs and pour over broccoli in the casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Casserole may be assembled ahead of time.
