Southwest Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops or steaks, lightly salted to taste
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, stewed and chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Brown meat and drain. Put in roasting pan and cover with all remaining ingredients. Bake slowly at 350\u00b0 until the meat is very tender (coming off the bone). Check often and do not let these cook dry. You may have to add another 1/2 cup water if needed for sauce.
