Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 large onion
    6 potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. minute tapioca
    3 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    No need to brown meat.
    Place meat and vegetables in roasting pan.
    Mix V-8 juice, salt, pepper, sugar and tapioca together. Pour over meat and vegies.
    You can use peas, carrots, mushrooms, etc.
    Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours (covered).
    Stir at midway and taste.
