Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 Tbsp. butter
2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
3 egg whites (for icing)

Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar and cocoa.
Add beaten eggs, sweet milk and butter.
Cook on stove on low heat.
Stir while cooking. When thick enough, pour into baked pie shells.
Beat 3 egg whites. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Spread over pie and brown lightly in 350\u00b0 oven.
