Pork Chops With Apples And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center-cut pork loin chops, cut 1/2 inch thick
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    2 apples, cored and cut into thin wedges
    1/2 tsp. dried sage, crushed
    1 c. apple juice
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cold water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops.
    Rub sage onto both sides of meat.
    Spray 12-inch skillet with vegetable oil cooking spray.
    Preheat skillet. Cook chops for 5 minutes; turn.
    Add onion to skillet.
    Cook mixture for 5 to 7 minutes more or until no pink remains in chops. Remove chops and keep warm, leaving onions in skillet.
