Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 small jar pimentos
pecans, chopped
parsley, chopped

Preparation

Mix Velveeta, cream cheese and pimentos until thoroughly mixed.
Form in ball shape and roll in pecans and parsley.
Chill and serve with crackers on side.
