Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 c. onions
    1 c. rice (instant)
    1 large can whole tomatoes, cut up
    dash of chili powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onions and bell pepper; drain.
    Combine ground beef mixture with rice, tomatoes and chili powder.
    Place in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
