Earthquake Dessert(This Is Unusual And Very Good.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

coconut (enough to cover bottom of pan)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick soft margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)

Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13 x 3-inch pan. (If you use a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, you will have runover.) Cover bottom with coconut (as much as you desire), then cover with chopped nuts. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour over coconut mixture. Combine margarine, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Spoon over cake mix; do not stir. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
