Fruit And Juice Breakfast Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 very ripe, medium banana
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 c. strawberries, stemmed and rinsed
Preparation
    Break banana into small pieces and put in blender with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
    Makes 2 servings.
