Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. beef chuck roast
1 whole bunch celery, chopped
3 large onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bottle catsup
3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut beef in 5 or 6 chunks.
Place in roaster or Dutch oven just big enough for the size of meat.
