Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. frozen spinach
2 eggs
1/2 pt. whipping cream
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. tarragon (optional)
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (other shredded cheese can be used)
1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Thaw spinach in medium bowl. Add eggs, whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, tarragon and parsley flakes. Beat slightly.
Place crust in a 9-inch pie plate or pan.
Place spinach along the bottom.
Sprinkle cheese on top of spinach. Pour egg mixture over spinach and cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
