Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. ground beef
    8 slices ham
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients. Stir in ground beef. Roll out mixture to about 1/2-inch thick. Arrange ham slices on hamburger mixture. Add cheese and roll up.
    Pinch ends closed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
