Home-Made Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 scant cup of salad oil
Preparation
    Put egg, salt, mustard, juice, and 1/4 c. oil into blender. Cover, turn on low speed.
    Remove cap and add remaining oil in steady stream. Use only as much oil as is absorbed in mayonnaise.
