Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
flour
salt
pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 small can pineapple, crushed
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. marjoram (optional)
Preparation

Place flour, salt and pepper in a bag.
Add the cut up chicken and shake to coat.
Combine all other ingredients in small saucepan to make a sauce.
Tear aluminum foil in squares large enough for each individual piece of chicken.
Place one piece chicken on each piece of foil.
Spoon sauce over chicken in foil.
Fold foil and seal.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 to 90 minutes.
Serve with rice.
