Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 baked potatoes, peeled, cooled and grated
    1 c. melted oleo
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    3 green onions, cut up
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix soup, 1 cup of grated cheese, sour cream and the green onions.
    Add to spuds and oleo; stir gently.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle with a mixture of 1 cup Cheddar cheese and cornflake crumbs.
    Bake another 15 minutes.
