Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen squash, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 grated carrots
    1 cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 c. stuffing for topping
Preparation
    Cook onions, carrots and squash until tender.
    Mash squash in strainer.
    Add soup, cheese, sour cream, butter and 1 1/2 cups stuffing.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Put all ingredients together and put in greased baking dish.
    Top with 1 cup stuffing.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
