Ten Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mixed dried beans
2 qt. water
1 lb. diced ham
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and chiles
Preparation

Soak mixed beans overnight and drain.
Add 2 quarts water, ham, chopped onion, garlic and salt.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until hot.
