Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese (optional)
Preparation

Mix ingredients together, except grated cheese.
Do not drain the whole kernel corn.
Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
