Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unflavored croutons
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    4 c. milk
    1tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Oil 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Combine croutons and cheese. Place in bottom of dish.
    Lightly beat eggs together with milk, salt, onion powder, mustard and pepper.
    Pour over crouton cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle bacon over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until set.
    Serves 12.
