Veal Guiseppe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 oz. cleaned nature veal
    flour (for dredging)
    1/2 can peeled plum tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 pinch oregano
    1 pinch basil
    chicken broth
Preparation
    Heat oil in saucepan.
    Dip veal in flour; place in oil when hot.
    Saute until veal is white.
    Drain oil and add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer until sauce is thickened and serve.
    Yield:
    1 serving.
