Aunt Maude'S Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
1 heaping tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Measure cooked apple pulp.
For each quart, add the ingredients listed.
Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0), stirring occasionally, or simmer slowly.
