Hawaiian Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    10 oz. can condensed beef broth
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. cooked ham, cubed
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 green pepper, sliced in strips
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine juice, broth and cornstarch in 3-quart casserole.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cover and microwave on High for 14 to 17 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
