Ingredients

2 c. cherries
lump of butter (2 Tbsp.)
1 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
2 oz. chocolate
6 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 qt. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Add milk, sugar and salt, mixing well.
Add tapioca and cook until clear.
Stir in vanilla and let cool.
