Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    cilantro to taste
    2 cans Ranch Style beans
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large can Wolf Brand chili
    tortillas
    shredded Cheddar cheese (1 lb.)
Preparation
    Shred cheese and set aside.
    Brown beef in skillet with onion and cilantro.
    Add red pepper or chili pepper to season, if desired.
    Drain beef and set aside.
