Mulligan Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 whole potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    16 oz. can kernel corn, drained
    2 (10 oz.) cans condensed chicken rice soup
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add onion and cook until tender.
    Place sliced potatoes in casserole dish.
    Add all other ingredients. Bake covered in 350\u00b0 oven until potatoes are tender, approximately 1 hour.
