Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Add onions and peppers. Stir in buttermilk and eggs; mix well. Add creamed corn and oil. Stir, then add cheese. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
