Chicken Chalupa Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. plain tortilla chips-lightly crushed
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. picante sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large can evaporated milk
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

In a greased 9 x 13
inch pan, place half of crushed chips. Saute onion in margarine until tender; then add soups, milk, and picante sauce.
Cook over low heat until well blended.
Spoon half of mixture over chips, then half of chicken and half of cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
