Turkey Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 c. stock
    1/2 c. thin cream
    2 c. minced, cooked turkey
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add onion and green pepper.
    Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour, salt and black pepper.
    When well blended, slowly add stock made from turkey bones.
    Add cream, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.
    Stir in turkey and heat.
