Rice Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 green peppers
    1 small chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Cut peppers in half and place in boiling water; remove from heat immediately and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Mix beef, rice, salt, pepper, onion and 1 can tomato sauce.
    Place mixture in peppers.
    Combine other can of tomato sauce and sour cream and pour over stuffed peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 20 minutes longer.
