Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal mix
    2 eggs
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 large hot or sweet chopped pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients as listed.
    Cook as normal cornbread.
    May rinse corn can with small amount of water, if mixture is too dry; however, the mixture should be a little thick.
